: PORTABLE HEATER/PROOFER (1 EACH). HUMIDIFIED HOLDING

CABINET-(1 EACH)

Provide one (1) Humidified Holding Cabinet - Shall be model MTU-12 as manufactured

by FWE. Cabinet shall have all features that are standard and include the following:

- 120 volt, 13.75 amp, 1650 watt electrical characteristics

- Adjustable thermostat/separate humidity control.

- 304 type stainless steel with 20 gauge exterior; 24 gauge interior

- Polyurethane tire casters – 2 swivel and 2 rigid with brakes

- Ultra Guard high density fiberglass insulation throughout

- Form grip flush in wall hand grips recess mounted on each side

- Heavy duty edge mounted, full grip, positive closing door latch

- Stainless steel universal slides

- Capacity of 24 - 12”x20” and 12 - 18”x26” pans

ITEM # 36 DISHWASHER W/BOOSTER HEATER, 208/3 PHASE-(1 EACH)

Provide door type, high temperature Dishwasher, Model No. AM15-2*C013,

manufactured by Hobart. Provide unit with standard finish and equipment.

b. Provide unit with the following:

1. 208V/60/3 Phase.

2. Five (peg type) dish racks.

3. Two (open type) flat racks.

4. Twelve glass racks.

5. Vent fan control switch.

6. 13KW Booster heater.

ITEM # 39 NON-REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CASE-(1 EACH)

Provide Non-Refrigerated Display Case, Model No. 537-CD*C013, manufactured by Delfield or

equal. Provide unit with standard finish and equipment.

b. Provide unit with the following:

1. Color to be selected by the Architect.

2. Cord & plug.

3. Front glass and rear door locks.

4. Stainless steel legs.

ITEM #41 REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CABINET-(1 EACH)

Provide curved glass Refrigerated Display Case, Model No. 537-CR*C013, manufactured by

Delfield or equal. Provide unit with standard finish and equipment.

b. Provide unit with the following:

1. Color to be selected by the Architect.

2. Cord & plug.

3. Front glass and rear door locks.

4. Stainless steel legs.
